This is an 8-storey above-ground rental condo building with two underground parking lots.
Work will begin in July 2021.

We are pleased to announce that we have obtained the contract from La maison des ainées in Lévis for the formwork and the placement of concrete. 👷 👷
“This is a 3-storey building that will be located in St-Étienne-de-Lauzon. It will accommodate 120 residents: 96 places for seniors and 24 other places for adults with specific needs.

New Project: Complexe pavillonnaire Valcartier
👷New project in Valcartier for National Defense / Canadian Armed Forces which will begin in early March 2021 for Coffrage LD. We will be in charge of the formwork and concreting of this project. 🏗️
This 6-storey research pavilion complex will have an area of 31,000 m2 including numerous laboratories, office space and storage.
